“The customer/recipient must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country, who may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other fees levied by the destination country upon shipment made to the customer/recipient. The customer/recipient will be responsible for all associated fees for customs clearance. Giordano cannot predict nor control the associated fees payable. Since customs policies vary widely from country to country, the customer/recipient is advised to contact his/her local customs office for details. It may cause delays in shipment due to customs clearance procedures. If the merchandise is returned due to the customer's/recipient’s failure to pay the associated fees for customs clearance, all our additional costs incurred thereof must be borne by the customer (*the amount of which can be deducted from any amount payable by us to the customer). ”
